Checkout + FAQ's

At checkout, you will see the Checkout + icon added to your order as a product. The price of this service includes a $2.98 flat fee, plus 2% of the cart total.

At checkout, you’ll be presented with the option to add Checkout +. Simply proceed with your order by selecting the coverage option to opt in.

No, Checkout + covers all qualifying items listed on each individual order placed with the exception of Final Sale purchases.

Yes. Checkout + can be added to each qualifying order and is recommended for enhanced protection.

Checkout + fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except when the covered item becomes out of stock and cannot be fulfilled. Coverage cannot be applied to past or future order purchases.

Orders placed without Checkout + coverage are not protected under the Checkout + service. Any reported issues are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed to be honored.

Submissions must be made within 5 days of the scheduled delivery date and are subject to a 30 day investigation. Non-Checkout + Claims are not guaranteed to be honored as Color Palette reserves all rights.

Return and Exchange requests submitted through the Returns Center are processed as self-pay including restocking and handling fees. All refunds are issued in the form of store credit.

Checkout + is unassociated to mechanically defective electrical products as these purchases come with a 1 year warranty.

Warranty coverage starts from the date of purchase and does not cover misuse, neglect, accidents, cosmetic damage, or normal ware and tear.

To initiate a warranty claim, please send an email to support@colorpalettestudios.com. All claim submissions are subject to a 30 day review and inspection of the product.

Approved claim resolutions are issued in the form of either a replacement or store credit equal to the lesser of the purchase price or current sale cost.

Checkout + claims have a 7 day reporting window where as Non-Checkout + customers have 5 days to report any order issues.

Checkout + does not cover returns or exchanges that are lost or damaged while being shipped back to us.
