The most common reasons an unreceived package will show as "Delivered" are as follows:

At times, the carrier may scan a package prior to delivery. Please allow a bit of time following the time displayed on the "Delivered" status of the tracking details as the carrier my arrive shortly after.

Your package was delivered to a nearby neighbor. Please check to see if the package was left/received in the surrounding area of your delivery location. You can also check the carrier site to enter your tracking number and shipping address to obtain an image of the delivery location.

Your package may have been delivered to your mailbox instead.
